阴股沟皮下蒂皮瓣与羊膜移植阴道成形术的比较

摘　　要：为探索阴道成形术的理想方法 ,对 18例无阴道患者进行羊膜移植阴道成形术和阴股沟皮瓣阴道成形术 ,并进行术后随访分析 ,结果显示手术全部成功 ,效果满意。认为阴股沟皮瓣阴道成形术创伤小 ,操作简单 ,供区隐蔽 ,能保持外阴的正常形态 ,再造阴道具有感觉 ,以及有足够的深度和宽度 ,术式已趋成熟 ,易于推广 ,是一种较为理想的阴道成形术。To study an ideal method for vagina reconstruction, colpoplasty with amnion transplanting or pudendal-thigh skin flap were performed on 18 women without vagina sick. The follow-up survey and analyses were made. The result showed that all operations were successful. It is believed that the reconstructed vagina using pudendal-thigh skin flap has good sensation and stable in maintaining its dimensions; The linear scars of the donor site are hidden and inconspicuous; the appearance of the perineum looks well; the procedure is simple and favors its application.
