摘  要:饱和盐密理论指出绝缘子表面污秽经历一定时间积污会达到饱和,这是建立在绝缘子表面得到有效的雨水冲洗基础上的。但是,盘形悬式瓷绝缘子下表面向内凹陷,无法得到雨水有效冲洗,因此其下表面污秽会不断积累。通过对空挂和运行绝缘子多年的盐密测量,验证了绝缘子下表面污秽极难饱和的结论。The theory of saturated equal salt deposit density (ESDD) point out that pollution on insulator surface will be saturation after a period of accumulation, which is based on the insulator surface is effectively washed by rain plenty. However, lower surface of cap and pin porcelain insulator is inward depression,which can't be effectively washed by rain, therefore pollution on the lower surface will accumulation continuously. The conclusion that the lower surface of the insulator is terribly hard to be saturated is verified through salt deposit density measurement on insulator in service or not for many years.
