复方卡力孜然酊治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方卡力孜然酊治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将66例患者随机分成2组,治疗组(36例)外用复方卡力孜然酊,对照组(30例)外用2%酮康唑洗剂。疗程8w,治疗2、4、8w后各复诊1次,观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗2w后,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为27.78%和56.67%;治疗4w后,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为63.89%和66.67%;治疗8w后,两组有效率分别为75.00%、83.33%。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论复方卡力孜然酊治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎安全有效。Objective To observe the efficacy of kaliziran tincture in the treatment of head seborrheic der matitis. Methods Sixty six patients with head seborrheic dermatitis were divided into 2 groups randomly, the treatment gr treated with 2 oup （36 cases） was treated with kaliziran tincture and the control group （30 cases） was Ketoconazole for 8 weeks respectively,observe the effect and adverse reaction after 2, 4 and 8 th.
