新疆眼科医疗机构现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆眼科医疗现状和存在问题,为眼科医疗服务发展提供参考依据。方法对新疆地区所有已经注册的公立或民营的医疗机构眼科(含五官科)采用问卷调查,运用Excel2003建立数据库,SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2010年新疆地区在册的各类眼科医疗机构有107所,眼科卫技人员1 672人,其中眼科医师525人;眼科医疗机构实际开放床位1 709张,床位使用率在90%以上者有37所;2010年每名眼科医师年门诊量为1 872人次,年眼科急诊量为62人次,年收住入院病人约93人次;被调查的医疗机构眼科开展各类眼科手术共43 580例,其中白内障手术占46.59%,抗青光眼手术占11.01%,翼状胬肉手术13.60%。结论新疆医疗机构眼科存在区域分布不均衡、眼科医师梯队不合理、手术技术差异大等问题,制定区域卫生规划,加强眼科医师和护士的规范化培训,充分利用眼科各类资源,提高眼科医疗质量和服务水平。Objective To discover the status of ophthalmology in Xinjiang,explore the existing problems and provide reasonable development ideas for the future.Methods We used census method to collect data from all eye units which are registered in Xinjiang region,then built up database with Excel2003,and analysed with SPSS16.0.Results There are 107 eye units up to 2010 in Xinjiang;eye health carers 1 672,including 525 eye doctor;There are 1 709 eye beds in all,only 37 eye units used their beds effectively with a rate of 90%.From Jan 1st 2010 to Dec 31 2010 the average number of patients which were seen by an eye doctor was 1 872 annually,including 62 emergency;93 patients were admitted annually.The investigation showed that the total eye surgery number was 43 580 a year,of which 46.59% was cataract surgery;glaucoma surgery counted as 11.01%,and pterygium surgery as 13.6%.Conclusion Ophthalmology in Xinjiang has been up to a certain level,though it does show some imbalance regarding distribution of units,the age of ophthalmologists and the level of eye care offered to the patients.It provided informations for future plan of regional eye care;emphasis formal training for trainees,both doctors and nurses;making full use of eye resources and improving eye care in Xinjiang.
