鹿瓜多肽与中医推拿联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鹿瓜多肽与中医推拿联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院骨科腰椎间盘突出症病人126例,随机分为治疗组63例与对照组63例,对照组运用中医推拿手法结合卧床休息治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上静滴鹿瓜多肽,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果在126例腰椎间盘突出患者中,治疗组治愈率为44.4%,对照组治愈率为27.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈+显效为95.3%,对照组治愈+显效为79.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鹿瓜多肽与中医推拿联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显,值得推广。Objective To observed the effect of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide combining Chinese massage in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（LDH） patients. Methods We chose 126 cases orthopedics patients with LDH in our hospital. All cases were randomly divided into the treatment group（63 cases） and the control group（63 cases）.The control group had using Chinese massage technique combined with bed rest.Based on the control group,the treatment group had mainlined Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide.Compared with the curative effect. Results In 126 cases,cure rate was 44.4% in the treatment group,in the control group was 27.0%.Two groups compared with statistical significance（P 0.05）.Cure rate and significant rate was 95.3% in the treatment group,Cure rate and significant rate was 79.3% in the treatment group.Two groups compared with statistical significance（P 0.01）. Conclusion The efficacy of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide combined with Chinese massage in LDH Patients is obvious.It is worth popularizing.
