摘　　要：目的观察R-CTOP方案治疗弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床疗效。方法 R-CTOP方案治疗15例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,观察疗效。结果 15例患者中PR3例,NR1例,PD1例,PD0例,CR率为73%;未见明显毒副作用。结论 R-CTOP方案较CHOP方案明显提高缓解率,未见明显不良反应。Objective To observe the R-CTOP in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma clinical efficacy. Methods R-CTOP in the treatment of 15 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma were observed. Results 15 patients in 11 patients were CR (73%), PR3 example, NR1 example, PD1 patients, PD0 patients, CR rate of 73%.No significant side effects. Conclusion R-CTOP compared with CHOP in the program significantly improved response rate, no significant adverse reactions.
