川楝子与小鼠肝脏CYP3A活性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究川楝子与肝脏CYP3A活性的相关性。方法:以聚乙二醇法提取肝脏微粒体,用红霉素-N-脱甲基酶活性的测定方法测定肝脏CYP3A活性。结果:川楝子大、小剂量组与正常对照组相比,肝脏CYP3A活性明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:川楝子可能是CYP3A的抑制剂。Objective： To study the correlation for aconite with liver and intestinal of Mice CYP3A activity.Methods： with polyethylene glycol method extracting microsomal of liver and small of Mice,with erythromycin-N-off the methyl enzyme activity of method to detection the CYP3A activity of liver and intestinal.Results： the big and small dose group of aconite,compared with normal liver and intestinal CYP3A activity are obviously reduce（P0.05）.Conclusion： aconite is probably CYP3A inhibitors.
