初探小儿便秘的原因及诊断治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿便秘的原因,找出有效可行的治疗方法。方法:分析总结我院2009年4月～2011年4月就诊的34例小儿便秘的临床资料。结果:34例中有20例效果显著,有14例好转,有效率达到100%。结论:小儿便秘的主要原因是饮食不合理、摄取的食物养分不均衡,排便不规律,同时还有先天性疾病等等特殊的因素。Objective：To explore the causes of constipation in children,to find out the effective method of treatment.Method：summary analysis in our hospital from 2009April to 2011April of 34 pediatric patients with constipation clinical data.Results：in the 34 cases,20cases of significant effect,14cases improved,efficiency is up to100%.Conclusion：pediatric constipation is the main cause of unreasonable diet,the intake of food and nutrient imbalance,irregular bowel movements,and congenital diseases and so on special factors.
