复方角菜酸酯栓联合吻合器痔环切除术治疗痔疮60例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方角菜酸酯栓联合吻合器痔环切术的治疗效果。方法采用吻合器痔环切除术治疗痔疮的患者共计120例,将其随机分成A、B两组,每组各60例,分别于术后给予复方角菜酸酯栓和痔疮膏治疗,比较两组患者术后出血、水肿、疼痛的情况。结果 A组的患者术后出现出血、疼痛、水肿发生率分别为5%、8.33%、6.67%,低于B组患者的16.67%、21.67%、20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吻合器痔环切除术后采用太宁栓治疗能够有效地减少患者出现出血、水肿、疼痛等情况。Objective To observe the efficacy of titanoreine suppository combined with PPH（procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids）in treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 cases of hemorrhoids treated with PPH in this hospital were randomly divided into A and B groups,and 60 cases in each group.They were given with titanoreine suppository or hemorrhoids paste after the surgery,then their conditions of postoperative hemorrhage and edema,and situation of pain were compared between these two groups.Results The rates of postoperative bleeding,pain and swelling in patients of group A were 5%,8.33% and 6.67% respectively,they were lower than those（16.67%,21.67% and 20%） of patients in group B,and the difference between them was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of titanoreine suppository after PPH can effectively reduce the postoperative bleeding,swelling,pain and so on.after surgery.
