绝经后妇女取环151例临床研究

摘　　要：目的选择最好的预处理方法减轻绝经期妇女取环的困难度。方法将要求取环的绝经后妇女151例随机分为对照组56例和观察组95例,术前检查均无异常,对照组术前未给予药物预处理,观察组术前给予戊酸雌二醇及阴道放置米索前列醇后进行取环手术,记录取环情况。结果观察组宫颈软化良好者70.5%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组一次性取环成功率为80%,高于对照组37.5%,差异有统计学意义(x2=27.723,P=0.000)。手术时间观察组明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义。宫颈扩张良好者一次性取环成功者占97.6%。结论取环前药物预处理,可使宫颈软化扩张,能增加绝经妇女一次性顺利取环的成功率。Objective To choose the best pretreatment method to take an intrauterine device to reduce the difficulty in the postmenopausal women.Methods 56 cases of the control group didn ＇ t give drugs to soften the cervix pretreatment,95 cases of observer group were given daily estradiol valerate 3mg about a week,two hours after placing misoprostol two tablets vaginally（400μg）,we take the ring surgery and record it.Results There was statistically significant between the control group and observer group（P 0.001）,cervix soften well in the observer group,accounting for 70.5%,only 26.8% in the control group.One-time success rate was 80% in the observer group while the control group was only 37.5%.There was statistically significant.Surgical time of the observation group was significantly less than the control group.There was statistically significant（P 0.001）.There was statistically significant for the impact of the degree of cervical dilatation to take the ring（P 0.05）.One-time success rate was up to 97.6% to take the ring when cervical dilatation as well.Conclusion Taking the ring after the drug pretreatment,can soften the cervix and increase one-time success rate.
