摘　　要：目的评价UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪筛检尿路感染的价值。方法收集500份清洁中段尿液标本采用UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪和尿定量培养方法检测细菌及真菌,以尿定量培养方法为金标准计算UF-500i的灵敏度、特异性、阳/阴性预测值和假阳性/假阴性率和准确率。结果尿培养阳性率为57.4%,最常见的分离菌为大肠埃希菌。UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪灵敏度、特异度、假阳性/假阴性率、阳/阴性预测值和准确率分别为85.02%、82.63%、17.3%、14.98%、86.83%、80.37%、84.0%;男性和女性灵敏度、特异度和准确率分别为93.91%/79.07%,90.22%/76.86%,92.27%/78.15%;革兰阴性杆菌、革兰阳性球菌和真菌的敏感度分别为88.8%、82.2%和75.0%。结论 UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪在尿路感染早期筛检中具有重要作用,性别和感染微生物的种类影响筛检效果。Objective To evaluate the value of UF-500i urine sedimentation analyzer in screening urinary tract infection.Methods Five hundred fresh samples of midstream urine were collected and detected by colony counting.According to results of bacterial culture,the sensitivity,specificity,positive/negative predictive value,false positive/false negative rate and accuracy of UF-500i urine sedimentation analyzer were calculated.Results The positive rate of urine culture was 57.4%,and the most common pathogen was Escherichia coli.The sensitivity,specificity,false positive/false negative rate,positive/negative predictive value and accuracy of UF-500i urine sedimentation analyzer in screening urinary tract infection were 85.02%,82.63%,17.3%,14.98%,86.83%,80.37% and 84.0%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of UF-500i urine sedimentation analyzer in male/female patients were 93.91%/79.07%,90.22%/76.86% and 92.27%/78.15% respectively.The sensitivity rates of UF-500i urine sedimentation analyzer for G-bacilli,G＋ cocci and fungi were 88.8%,82.2% and 75.0%,respectively.Conclusion UF-500i urine sedimentation analyzer can play an important role in screening early urinary tract infection,and its sensitivity,specificity and accuracy can be affected by sex of patients and kinds of pathogenic microorganisms.
