藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者60例,给予藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗,观察治疗前后的空腹血糖值、血肌酐、尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三脂、24 h尿蛋白定量等指标改善情况。结果治疗后患者血糖值、血肌酐、尿素氮等各项指标均明显改善,总有效率达83.3%。结论藿朴夏苓汤治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,对患者肾脏功能也起到了较好的恢复作用,值得推广使用。Objective To study the status of improvement in patients with diabetic nephropathy after the treatment of Huo Pu Xia Ling decoction.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in this hospital during 2009~2010 were selected for this study,all these patients were given with Huo Pu Xia Ling decoction for treatment.The fasting blood glucose,blood levels of urea nitrogen,creatinine,cholesterol and triglyceride,and 24 hours urine protein quantitative determination were examined before and after the treatment.Results Blood glucose,serum levels of creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and other indicators of these 60 patients had been significantly improved after the treatment.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic nephropathy have been improved after treatment by Huo Pu Xia Ling decoction,the renal function in these patients has also been significantly improved,and no obvious adverse reaction is observed during the therapeutic course,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
