摘　　要：目的探讨经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨结合椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的疗效。方法对32例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者采用经伤椎椎弓根椎体内植骨结合椎弓根固定进行治疗,术后观察伤椎高度恢复、Cobb角、骨折愈合情况及并发症。结果 32例均获得随访,时间12～36个月。全部伤椎均骨性愈合,椎体高度得到不同程度的恢复,Cobb角改善,1例发生内固定断裂。结论经椎弓根固定结合伤椎椎体内植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical result of transpedicular fixation combined with injured vertebrae vertebral bone grafting in patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods Thirty-two patients with thoracolumbar burst fracture were treated with transpedicular fixation combined with injured vertebrae vertebral bone grafting.The patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months.Postoperative vertebral height recovery,Cobb angle,fracture healing and complications were observed.Results All injured vertebrae were healed.Vertebral height showed varying degrees of recovery.Cobb angle was improved.Fixation loosening and fracture occurred in one patient.Conclusion Transpedicular fixation combined with vertebral bone grafting are effective for thoracolumbar burst fracture.
