摘　　要：本文以历史为依据、现实作基础,通过构建TP模型分析资源产权结构,并引入ICF曲线研究制度变迁理论,以期为新制度经济学的理论探析提供崭新的思路和方法,认为:资源产权是由公有产权、共有产权、私有产权组成的有机体;产权本质上是制度安排,制度本质上是能量载体;产权制度变迁是生产力水平由制度低能级状态向制度高能级状态跃迁和转化的动态过程,而在跃迁和转化过程中遵循能量守衡定律。Taking history as basis and based on reality, through constructing the TP model to analyze the structure of resource property right and introducing the ICF curve to research the theory of institutional change, in order to provide a brand-new mentality and approach to probing theories in new institutional economics, this article holds that resource property right is an organism composed by public property rights, private property rights and part property rights; that property right is institutional arrangements in nature and institution is energy carriers essentially; and that the institutional change of property right is a dynamic process of quantum transition and energy transformation for productive force level from the lower institutional energy state to a higher one, in which it follows the law of energy conservation.
