摘　　要：为适应形势发展,国内许多高校图书馆建立了或正在建立学科馆员制度,本文就高校图书馆学科馆员制度在建设中需要解决和妥善处理的问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了自己的看法。To adapt to the situation development,Many University Library established or are establishing the Subject Librarian System,This article analyze and discuss the problems of the Subject Librarian system that need to be addressed and properly handle .
