摘　　要：转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族是具有广泛调节生物学功能的因子。近些年来TGF-β在器官移植排斥中的作用逐渐得到重视,其在抑制心脏移植、肾脏移植、肝脏移植等器官排斥反应方面有较多报道,其主要通过诱导细胞凋亡、限制T细胞分化、对调节性T细胞的调节而在急性和慢性排斥反应中起到免疫抑制作用。本文通过复习近年相关文献,对TGF-β对心脏、肾脏、肝脏等多个器官在移植中起到免疫抑制的相关机制进行综述,认为TGF-β是一种重要的调节细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、免疫应答、细胞外基质再生的因子,具有正性和负性调节的双重功能。Transforming growth factor-β（TGF-β） superfamily are the factors which can broadly regulate the biological function.In recent year,the role of TGF-β in transplant rejection gradually get attention,and there are more reports about TGF-β inhibiting the transplant rejection in heart transplant,kidney transplant,liver transplant and so on.TGF-β plays a role of immune suppression in acute and chronic rejection by inducing T-cell differentiation,apoptosis and regulating regulatory T-cells.This article reviews relevant literature in recent years,summarizes the immune suppression related mechanism of TGF-β in multiple organs,such as heart,kidney,liver and so on.The study suggests that TGF-β is an important factor jn regulation of cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,immune response and extracellular matrix regeneration,which have the dual function of positive and negative regulation.
