抗糖尿病新药物维格列汀的研究进展

摘　　要：二肽基肽酶IV(DPP-IV)抑制剂是一类新型的抗糖尿病药物,通过诱导促进胰岛素的生物合成和分泌、抑制β细胞凋亡、抑制高血糖素的分泌、减少食物摄取等多种机制发挥降血糖作用,且在控制血糖的同时能逆转糖尿病患者胰岛功能不断恶化的状况,显示了良好的应用前景。维格列汀是二肽基肽酶抑制剂的一个代表药物,在临床研究中无论单独用药还是联合用药,均显示了良好的抗糖尿病作用以及耐受性,本文检索相关文献,综述维格列汀的药动学、药效学以及用药安全性。DPP-Ⅳ inhibitors are a new class of agents with multiple anti-hyperglycemic action by inducing insulin biosynthesis and secretion,inhibiting β-cell apoptosis,inhibiting glucagon secretion,reducing food intake,and which could reverse the deteriorating conditions while in control of blood sugar.Vildagliptin is a representative of dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitors.In clinical studies,it has shown good anti-diabetic effects and tolerability either alone or in combination with other agents.Its pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics,and drug safety are reviewed in this paper.
