摘 要:目的了解麦门冬汤对肺纤维化形成阶段干预作用。方法将普通级大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、麦门冬汤组。除正常组外另两组用平阳霉素复制肺纤维化模型,其中麦门冬汤组造模后14 d用药,三组均于28 d处死后做肺脏病理组织学检查及测下丘脑多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、五羟色胺(5-HT)。结果模型组肺纤维化程度明显高于正常组(P<0.05),麦门冬汤组明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。模型组下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT水平高于正常组(P<0.05);麦门冬汤组下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT水平低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论麦门冬汤有减少模型下丘脑NE、DA、5-HT含量,减轻其肺部病理改变的作用。Objective To understand the intervention mechanism of Maimendong Decoction to pulmonary on fibrosis formation stage.Methods The common female Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,and Maimendong Decoction group.The model was induced by injecting Pingyangmyci except control group.Drugs were used after 14 days in Maimendong Decoction group and all rats were executed after 28 days.Then lung pathology examination were applied and the contents of DA,NE and 5-HT in hypothalamus in all groups were compared.Results The pulmonary fibrosis stage was far higher in the model group than that in the control group(P 0.05) and the stage was far lower in Maimendong Decoction group than that in the model group(P 0.05).The contents of NE,DA and 5-HT in hypothalamus were higher in model group than that in control group(P 0.05) and the contents were lower in Maimendong Decoction group(P 0.05) than that in model group.Conclusion Maimendong Decoction has the function of restraining contents of NE,DA and 5-HT in hypothalamus and reducing pulmonary pathological changes.
