摘　　要：目的探讨Airtraq光学可视喉镜在急诊插管中的运用价值。方法 67例急诊插管患者随机分为Airtraq光学可视喉镜插管组和Macintosh普通喉镜插管组,比较两者患者插管时间、一次性插管成功率、插管时血流动力学变化及插管不良反应及并发症。结果 Airtraq光学可视喉镜插管组在插管时间、一次性插管成功率均优于Macintosh普通喉镜插管组,其插管时的血流动力学波动也明显轻于Macintosh普通喉镜插管组。但其插管不良反应及并发症却明显低于Macintosh普通喉镜插管组。其结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Airtraq光学可视喉镜在急诊插管中具有较大的实用价值。Objective To discuss the application value of Airtraq Optical Laryngoscope in emergency intubation.Methods 67 cases of emergency intubation patients were randomly divided into Airtraq group and Macintosh group,comparing the difference of patients with intubation time,the one-time success rate of intubation,hemodynamic changes during intubation and intubation of adverse reaction and complication.Results Airtraq group at the time of intubation,the one-time success rate of intubation were superior to Macintosh group,the intubation hemodynamic fluctuation was also significantly lighter than that of Macintosh group.But the intubation of adverse reaction and complication is lower than the Macintosh group.The results were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion For the emergency intubation patient,intubation with Airtraq optical laryngoscope is rapid,successful,safe and less injurious.
