奥伦自理模式对腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者治疗配合度及不良情绪状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨奥伦自理模式对腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者治疗配合度及不良情绪状态的影响。方法将2009年1月~2011年8月于本院进行腹腔镜下子宫全切术的94例患者随机分为对照组（常规护理组）47例和观察组（奥伦自理模式组）47例,后将两组患者护理前及护理后3、7 d的治疗护理配合度、积极性及SCL-90各项目评分、患者满意度进行监测及比较。结果观察组在护理后不同时段的护理配合度、积极性优良率均高于对照组,SCL-90各项目评分也明显优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论奥伦自理模式可以显著改善腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者的治疗配合度及不良情绪状态,对于临床疗效的改善有着积极的作用。Objective To study the influence of Orem＇s self-care mode for the treatment cooperation degree and unhealthy emotion of patients treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 94 patients treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2009 to August 2011 were randomly divided into control group（routine nursing group） 47 cases and observation group（Orem＇s self-care mode group） 47 cases,then the treatment and nursing cooperation degree,enthusiasm and each item of SCL-90 score before and after the nursing at third and seventh day and satisfaction rate of two groups were observed and compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment and nursing cooperation degree and enthusiasm of observation group were all higher than those of control group,all items of SCL-90 score were all significantly better than those of control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusion The Orem＇s self-care mode can significantly improve cooperation degree and unhealthy emotion of patients treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy,and it plays an active role in improving the clinical effect.
