改良进针法在健康体检抽血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检时静脉抽血穿刺的方法,减轻受检者抽血穿刺时的疼痛,提高一次性穿刺的成功率。方法将400例健康体检静脉抽血穿刺者(要求血管状况良好)随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各200例。实验组采用改良的静脉穿刺法,对照组采用常规静脉穿刺。比较两组受检者疼痛、一次穿刺成功率情况及进针时间。结果对照组与实验组在疼痛、一次穿刺成功率及进针时间方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05或P<0.01),实验组个体疼痛感低于对照组,而在穿刺成功率及进针时间方面均优于对照组。结论改良的静脉抽血穿刺法可有效减轻体检者抽血穿刺的疼痛,提高穿刺成功率,有效缩短抽血时间。Objective To investigate the venipuncture methods in health examination,in order to reduce the examinees＇ pain during puncture and improve the success rate of one-time puncture.Methods 400 healthy examinees（in good blood vessel conditions） receiving venipuncture were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group had 200 patients respectively.The experimental group was used modified venipuncture method and the control group was used conventional venipuncture method.The pain,success rate of one-time puncture and puncture time of the two groups were compared.Results The pain,success rate of one-time puncture and and puncture time of the control group were significantly differences from the experimental group（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.The individual pain of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,but the success rate of puncture and and the puncture time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion The modified venipuncture can effectively reduce the pain of venipuncture,improve the success rate of puncture and shorten the time of blood drawing.
