摘　　要：本文报道了用国产原料进行蜡乳液研制的原理、方法、工艺、稳定性考察及应用效果等。所制成的WE—B型白色水分散性蜡乳液的有效成分,系由两种天然蜡,一种改性添加剂及两种非离子表面活性剂构成。乳液呈中性,能广泛适用于不同的pH溶液,经多家制革厂应用证明,其功能和效果与相应的进口产品相当,可以取而代之。The Wax Emulsion B is one of the imporiant auxiliary agent of the coa-ting finishes which may be used on leather industry widely in basecoat middlecoat or topcoat. This paper recorded its constituents involving two na-tural waxes, two non--ionic sulfactanits and a modified additive and discus-sed the infiuence facters related Lo the stability of cmulsion with HLB va-lue among every chemical substances. This cmulsion bad an excelient pro-perties to impart silky, smooth, soft, warm, waxy and mild effect on hand feel for the leather finish. It was also to promote another physical pro-perties, i, c. fluidity, coaling. filling, uniformity and waverproof. Especially-it was very proper to soft napa garment and whire or pale leather. The stabi-lity of emulsion wax more better, no change on storage within one year.The action and effects were similar to the foreign products such as FI--50,FI--1298(Stahl Chem. Ind. Co.) and Wax--A(BASF). It can be mixed finely with other coating materials gave an uniform liquid to vield highly grade Ieather made. Therefore it is a very useful chemicals for the modern leather induastry.
