摘  要:基于响应面分析法(RSM)研究了服装面料物理性能与面料手感硬挺度之间的相关关系.利用川端风格仪测试了24块棉质面料的16项物理力学指标,并根据川端手感风格评价公式对面料性能进行计算.通过正交方差试验得到576组测试组值,又对面料进行响应面分析,建立了面料物理力学性能与手感硬挺度的RSM模型,这对面料的手感风格预测及其虚拟设计具有实际意义.Based on the RSM(Response Surface Methodology),the relationship between physical properties and the stiftness of fabric was studied.The testing of 16 physical/mechanical quantities of 24 fabrics was made by the Kawabata style instrument,the fabric handle performances were calculated by Kawabata handle evaluation equation.576 groups of experiment data were obtained by orthogonal experiment and analyzed by the RSM.Then,the RSM model of the relationship between physical properties and the stiffness of fabric handle were built,which have an important significance in the prediction of fabrics handle style and the virtual design.
