摘 要:试验研究了0,25,60℃这3种养护温度下不同沥青含量的水泥沥青砂浆(CAM)在3~120d龄期内的力学强度发展规律.结果表明:高温养护不利于低沥青含量CAM的力学强度发展,但有利于高沥青含量CAM的抗压强度发展;低温养护不利于任何类型CAM的强度发展;养护环境温度主要影响水泥的水化反应和沥青的破乳成膜过程,且对前者的影响大于后者.对不同类型CAM中后期现场养护方法提出了一些建议.Development of mechanical strengths of cement asphalt mortars(CAMs) with varied asphalt to cement ratio(mA/mc) at 3 different curing temperatures were investigated during the age of 3 -120 d. Standard prisms were prepared and maintained at the temperature of 0,25, 60℃ after 3 d. Flexural strengths and compressive strengths of different CAMs were tested at increasing ages and the correlation between mechanical strength and age under different curing temperatures was obtained. The results indicate that high temperature curing is disadvantageous for the development of mechanical strength of CAMs with rnn/mc〈0. 6, however, the compressive strength development of CAMs with mA/mc〉0. 6 can be promoted. The adverse effect of low temperature curing on strengths at any age was observed for any kind of CAMs. The de-emulsification of asphalt emulsion is less influenced than cement hydration by the curing temperature. Last but not the least, in situ curing methods for different CAMs at mid or long age are recommended.
