摘  要:综合分析了影响浮法玻璃破裂的各种因素,利用封闭腔室玻璃破裂模拟试验装置进行了7因素2水平正交试验.结果表明:玻璃厚度、玻璃边缘平整度、辐射源升温速率对玻璃的破裂影响很大,玻璃平面尺寸、遮蔽表面宽度影响次之,而框架内填充物(石膏粉)厚度和辐射源距离影响较小.温差和热应力的中位数分别为129.2℃,69.13MPa.Under thermal load in a fire accident, there are many factors leading to the breakage of window glass. To identify the influence of these factors, a closed chamber experimental device was used. A series of orthogonal tests with 7 factors and 2 levels were designed. It was found that the glass thickness, the glass edging and the rate of rise of temperature from heat source are the most important factors to first crack. And then is the glass size, the width of the unexposed glass surface. On the other hand, the thickness of the filler (gypsum powder) in the frame and the distance to the heat source are less important. The median of the distribution of temperature difference and thermal stress got from these experiments is 129.2℃ and 69.13 MPa, respectively.
