过敏性紫癜患儿急性期血浆IL-13水平变化及临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对IL-13浓度的检测在过敏性紫癜患儿急性期的具体变化及其临床意义。方法观察组对象为2010年3月～2011年5月我院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿75例,对照组为同期来我院进行健康体检的健康儿童38例。将观察组再次分组,有肾损害组38例,无肾损害组37例。检测所有研究对象的血浆IL-13浓度并将检测的结果在各组间进行比较分析。结果观察组及其对照组的不同性别间的IL-13浓度比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);但观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);有肾损害组及其无肾损害组不同性别间的血浆IL-13浓度比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);但总体水平高于无肾损害组(P<0.05)。结论血浆IL-13水平在过敏性紫癜患儿急性期较高的水平,有肾损害组明显较高,以上均说明在过敏性紫癜患者疾病的发生过程中IL-13发挥着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the effect on plasma interleukin-13 （IL-13） concentrations detected in children with acute Henoch-Schonlein purpura when the specific changes and their clinical significance. Methods Seventy-five patents with Henoch-Schonlein purpura of observation group were selected from March 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital;The 38 healthy children of control group was selected in the same period from our hospital for physical examination. The patents in the observation group were grouped again, 38 patients with renal impairment, 37 patients without renal impairment. Tested plasma IL-13 concentration of all the subjects in the test. Results There was no significant difference in concentration of IL-13 between the different gender of two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Compared with plasma IL-13 in control group,the observation group levels were significantly higher with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; There were no significant difference in con- centration of IL-13 between different gender of kidney damage group and non-renal group （P 〉 0.05）; Compared with plasma IL-13 in no renal impairment group, renal impairment group had higher level with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion IL-13 plasma levels in children with acute allergic purpura was a significantly higher level compared to patients without kidney damage, kidney damage was significantly higher than all shows purpura in patients with allergic diseases during in IL-13 plays an important role.
