摘  要:目的通过对胰腺癌患者生物治疗前、后行能谱CT增强扫描,探讨CT能谱成像对胰腺癌生物治疗疗效的价值。方法选取本院20例进行生物治疗的胰腺癌患者,均行能谱CT增强扫描,在宝石能谱成像浏览器(GSIviewer)软件的碘基图上测量治疗前、后肿瘤的碘含量,并进行数据分析及配对t检验。结果 20例胰腺癌患者,生物治疗前肿瘤内兴趣区(ROI)碘含量为(3.05±0.42)g/L,治疗后ROI碘含量为(1.89±0.33)g/L,通过配对t检验,治疗后肿瘤内碘含量较治疗前降低,两组间的差别具有统计学意义(t=19.19P<0.05)。结论 CT能谱成像通过测量肿瘤内碘含量的变化,可以初步评价胰腺癌生物治疗的疗效,为临床上肿瘤治疗效果的判定提供一定的参考价值。Objective To evaluate the efficacy value of biological treatment of pancreatic cancer, by analysis of spectral CT enhancement imaging before and after the application of this therapy. Methods Twenty cases biological treatment of pancreatic cancer patients were underwent spectral CT enhancement imaging. In gemstone spectral imaging viewer (GSI view - er) software, pancreatic cancer patients were measured the tumor iodine content of before and after biological treatment on the iodine-based image, analysed the variance and paired t-test. Results Twenty patients with pancreatic cancer, biological treatment within the tumor region of interest (ROI) were different between pre-treatment and post-treatment. Iodine content of the tumor in post-treatment was lower than that in pre-treatment (1.89±0.33) vs (3.05±0.42) respectively, t = 19.19, P0.05. Conclusion Spectral CT imaging by measuring the changes in iodine content of the tumor, could initially evaluate the efficacy of biological treatment of pancreatic cancer, and could provide a reference value for the clinical efficacy of cancer treatment.
