小肾癌的多层螺旋CT诊断与病理对照研究

摘　　要：目的对小肾癌的多层螺旋CT表现与病理结果对照分析,探讨多层螺旋CT在小肾癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年1月本院22例小肾癌患者的多层螺旋CT表现与病理结果。结果小肾癌CT平扫呈现高密度3例,等密度15例,低密度4例。增强扫描皮质期强化高于或等于正常肾皮质,实质期强化均明显减退,肾盂期进一步减退。结论肾癌的CT表现与其病理类型和肿瘤的内部结构有关,多层螺旋CT对小肾癌的诊断有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore value of MDCT in diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma （SRCC）, and compared the performance of multi-slice CT with pathological findings. Methods To retrospectively analyze the spiral CT findings and pathologic of 22 patients who were inspected in our hospital from Jan 2008 to Jan 2011. Results CT scan of 3 patients showed hyperdense mass, 15 cases with isodense, 4 cases with hypodense. After administration of contrast media, the tumor was enhanced in cortical phase, combined with higher and the same degree to the cortex. The tumor density drops promptly in parenchymal phase and drops further in the pelvic phase the tumor density. Conclusion The CT findings of SRCC is correlated with tumor cell characteristic and internal structure. Multi-slice spiral CT has important clinical value in the diagnosis of small renal cell carcinoma.
