摘　　要：在全面总结沈阳市沈北新区加强和创新社会管理的主要做法和成效基础上,从工作体系、管理机制、社会建设、思想道德建设4方面,探讨其创新社会管理带来的诸多有益启示。this article reviews the major practice and achievements in strengthening and innovating social management in Shenbei New District of Shenyang.The author discusses the enlightenment brought by innovating social management in terms of work system,management mechanism,social construction,and ideological construction.
