摘　　要：通过对第三方检测机构近年来在我国检测市场快速发展情况的介绍,分析比较第三方检测机构与检验检疫技术机构在机构定位、运作机制、发展战略、检测机构间合作竞争等方面的差异和优劣,得出有益于检验检疫技术机构发展的五点启示,期望为检验检疫技术机构的事业单位改革集思广益、建言献策。Current status of domestic third -party testing laboratory was reviewed to compare the differences in the institution positioning, operation mechanism, development strategy and inter - cooperation of the third - party testing and the Inspection and Quarantine technical center etc. Five conclusions were drawed to hopefully contribute to the establishment of the reform program of public institutions in Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
