高龄患者腹股沟嵌顿疝无张力修补35例

摘　　要：目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗高龄患者腹股沟嵌顿疝的安全性。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2010年6月期间收治的35例采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的高龄腹股沟嵌顿疝患者的临床资料。结果手术时间平均45 min,35例患者全部治愈,随访6～12个月无复发。出现各种术后并发症6例,总并发症率为17%。结论无张力疝修补术治疗高龄患者腹股沟嵌顿疝安全有效,但应高度重视高龄患者围术期的处理,从而提高手术的安全性,减少术后并发症。Objective To evaluate the safety of tension-free hernioplasty for elderly patients with strangulated inguinal hernia.Methods The clinical datas of 35 elderly patients in our department from January 2004 to June 2010 with strangulated inguinal hernia treated with tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average operation time was 45 minutes.All 35 cases were cured with follow-up of 6-12 months,no replace cases,6 cases（17%） occurred postoperative complications.Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty is a safe and effective operation for elderly patients with strangulated inguinal hernia.It is very important for reinforcement the perioperative managent of elderly patients,could improve safety of operation and reduce postoperative comlication.
