摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者静脉输注CIK细胞,增强患者的机体免疫功能及改善生存质量的护理。方法抽取20例肿瘤患者外周血,经培养后回输给患者,做好患者的心理护理,严格无菌操作,加强回输时、回输后不良反应的观察并采取相应的措施及护理。结果 20例患者经有效的心理护理,消除了顾虑,静脉输注CIK细胞后,有1例出现寒战,2例出现发热,经相应的处理后缓解。结论静脉输注CIK细胞的实施方便,不良反应少,是肿瘤患者增强机体免疫功能和提高生活质量的新的免疫治疗方法。Objective To investigate the nursing care of cancer patients which by intravenous infusion of CIK cells to enhance immune function and improve the quality of life.Methods Twenty cases of peripheral blood were collected,then back to the patients by the cultured,meanwhile did good psychological care to them,and strict aseptic operations,strengthen the observation of adverse reactions during or after reinfusion and take the appropriate measures and nursing care.Results Twenty cases had effective psychological care,eliminating any concerns,the intravenous infusion of CIK cells caused some minor reactions,one of them got chills,two had fevers,but they were all relief after the appropriate treatment.Conclusion Intravenous infusion of CIK cells is easy to implement with small adverse reactions,it is a new immune therapy that can enhances immune function and improves quality of life of cancer patients.
