咖啡酸锗对小鼠肝癌H22免疫器官的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨咖啡酸锗对小鼠肝癌H22免疫器官的影响。方法:建立小鼠肝癌H22移植瘤模型,应用咖啡酸锗腹腔注射给药后,计算胸腺(脾脏)指数。结果:咖啡酸锗对小鼠胸腺(脾脏)指数高于环磷酰胺。结论:咖啡酸锗对小鼠免疫器官没有明显的抑制作用,但其是否有免疫增强作用,还有待实验研究。Objective：To investigate the effect of Caffeic acid Ge on mice bearing H22 immune organs.Methods： Establishing model of H22 cancer cells in mice,and after the treatment for abdom inal with Caffeic acid Ge,calculating the thymus（spleen）index.Results： Compared with CTX group,the thymus（spleen）index of mice group with Caffeic acid Ge was significantly increased.Conclusion： Caffeic Acid Ge doesn＇t significantly inhibit immune organs,but whether it has the function of increasing immunity or not remains to be tested and studied.
