胃乐复胶囊对实验性胃溃疡作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胃乐复胶囊的抗胃溃疡作用。方法:采用大鼠水浸应激型胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡、大鼠慢性乙酸型胃溃疡、小鼠消炎痛型胃溃疡四种模型进行实脸,观察胃乐复胶囊对实验性胃溃疡的作用。结果:胃乐复胶囊对大鼠水浸应激型胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡、大鼠慢性乙酸型胃溃疡、小鼠消炎痛型胃溃疡均有明显的抑制作用。结论:胃乐复胶囊有明显的抗胃溃疡作用,实验结果与该药临床用于治疗胃溃疡的功效相吻合。Objective ：To study the action of Weilefu on the experimental gastric ulcer and to provide experimental basis for its advance applying.Methods：Four kinds of experimental ulcer models including water immersion and restraint stress induce ulcer in rats,pyloric ligational ulcer in rats,acetic acid induced ulcer in rats,indomethacin induced ulcer in mice were used to observe Weilefu＇s actions on the experimental gastric ulcer.Results：the results showed that the Weilefu significantly inhibited ulcer formation induced by water immersion and restraint stress,pylorus ligation,acetic acid and indomethacin.Conclusion：Weilefu has obvious anti-ulcer effect on rats.The experimental data are identical with Weilefu＇s clinical curative effect on gastric ulcer.
