秋红萝卜新品种京红3号的选育

摘　　要：京红3号是采用三系配套技术选育出的秋红萝卜一代杂种。该品种肉质根近圆形,根长15.0cm,直径13.5cm,平均单根质量1.0kg。根皮鲜红,根肉白色,熟食易烂,食用品质佳。株型直立,叶数少,叶形近板叶。生长期70～80d(天),田间调查表明对病毒病和软腐病的抗性强于红丰1号,适合秋季栽培。肉质根含有丰富的抗癌成分—硫代葡萄糖甙,含量为480.9μmol·kg-1(FW),约为同类型品种的2倍。在土层深厚、富含有机质的沙壤地栽培,每667m2产量可达5000kg左右。已在北京、河北、辽宁等地推广种植66.7hm2。＇Jinghong No.3＇ is a new autumn radish F1 hybrid bred by crossing male sterile line R01A with male fertile line R5.The root is of round shape with 15.0 cm in length and 13.5 cm in diameter.The root skin is red in color and the internal flesh is crystal white with good edible flavor.The plants are outspreading phyllome with few leaves and lobed leaflets.It takes 70-80 days from sowing to maturity.It has higher resistant to virus and soft rot than＇Hongfeng No.1＇,and suitable for autumn growing.The glucosinolates content in root is 480.9 μmol·kg-1（FW）,which is nearly two fold higher than that of the control.Its yield in open field is about 75 t·hm-2.It has been extended to Beijing,Hebei and Liaoning Provinces for 66.7 hm2.
