间歇充气加压泵及序贯加压袜预防开胸术后深静脉血栓形成的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨间歇充气加压泵(Intermittent pneumatic compression,IPC)及序贯加压袜(Graded compression elastic stock-ing,GCS)对开胸术后深静脉血栓(Deep vein thrombosis,DVT)形成的预防作用。方法:选取有DVT高危险因素的患者120名,分为对照组+3个干预组,分别采用GCS、IPC+GCS、IPC 3种方法进行干预,采用临床观察、彩色多普勒超声以及血栓分子标志物水平D-二聚体(D-D)检测对各组进行研究。结果:3个干预组DVT阳性率均低于对照组,D-二聚体对照组高于联合或者单独应用GCS组和IPC组。结论:IPC及GCS对开胸术后DVT形成有一定预防作用,对降低患者术后死亡率、减少患者住院时间、促进开胸及大手术后患者早日康复有一定的作用。Objective：To discuss the prevention of intermittent pneumatic compression（IPC）and graded compression elastic stocking（GCS） on deep vein thrombosis for patients after thoracotomy.Methods：120 patients after thoracotomy were chosen as subjects.The patients were divided into contrast group,IPC group.IPC＋GCS group,and GCS group Clinical data,ultrasound and D-dimer were tested.Results：The positive rate of deep vein thrombosis in intervention group was lower than in the control group;the level of D-dimer in the control group was higher than in intervention groups.Conclusion：IPC and GCS can prevent deep vein thrombosis after thoracotomy,thus can decrease death rate,hospital stay and increase convalescence rate after thoracotomy.
