超声对凝血酶注射法治疗医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤的短期和中期疗效监测

摘　　要：目的:超声监测凝血酶注射法治疗医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤的短期和中期疗效。方法:在超声引导下对65例介入术后所致股动脉假性动脉瘤瘤腔内行凝血酶注射法。结果:65例凝血酶注射法治疗,术后24～48 h成功率100%。63例患者3个月监测时2例复发,余患者假性动脉瘤均消失或血肿明显缩小。6个月随访时所有患者假性动脉瘤均完全消失。结论:凝血酶注射法治疗股动脉假性动脉瘤操作简单、安全有效,超声对其短期和中期监测显示疗效较好。Objective：To study the efficacy of ultrasound-guided direct injection of thrombin to close postcatheterization femoral artery pseudoaneurysms and to evaluate the short-term and midterm results of this new percutaneous technique by ultrasound follow-up.Methods：Sixty-five patients with postcatheterization femoral artery pseudoaneurysms were treated with ultrasound-guided thrombin injection.Results：The success rate of the 65 patients underwent thrombin injection was 100% after 24-48 h.Two pseudoaneurysms of sixty-three patients recurred after three months.The pseudoaneurysms disappeared completely or the size of residual hematomas was reduced in the other patients by ultrasound follow-up.The pseudoaneurysms disappeared completely in all the patients after six-month treatment follow-up.Conclusion：The thrombin injection is a effective and safe method.The high success rate was revealed at the short-term and midterm by ultrasound follow-up.
