摘　　要：针对公钥基础设施(PKI)技术应用中出现的问题,结合技术发展现状,对通用PKI体系架构进行了改进,提出了托管注册机构(RA)系统的概念,并进行了详细设计与实现,在实际运用中取得了良好的效果。托管RA系统的成功应用,对特大型企业的PKI系统建设与推广具有重要的示范作用,同时可以为PKI网络安全产品的研发提供借鉴。Based on the problems of public key infrastructure（PKI） in China and the progress of the technology the framework for general PKI was modified.The conception of deposit register authority was presented,the system designed in detail,implemented and satisfactory results achieved in practice.The successful application of the system has an important exemplary role to other large enterprises and a reference to be provided for the development of PKI new products.
