摘  要:阐述了催化焚烧的基本原理及其特点,介绍了催化焚烧技术在苯酚丙酮装置尾气处理中的应用情况。苯酚丙酮装置尾气处理技术主要有活性炭吸附、直接燃烧处理和催化焚烧。催化焚烧技术所用催化剂具有活性高、热稳定性好、使用寿命长的特点。催化焚烧处理系统自动化程度高、运行费用低、操作性能优良,在处理废气、废水的同时能最大限度地回收有机单体和余热蒸汽。The principles and characteristics of catalytic incineration technology are described,and the application for exhaust gas treatment in plant of phenol and acetone introduced.The treatment methods include activated carbon adsorption,direct incineration,and catalytic incineration.Catalyst for the catalytic incineration has features of high activity,thermal stability,long period in use.There are several advantages in the system of catalytic incineration,such as high level of automation,low running costs and satisfactory operating performance.The exhaust gas and wastewater are treated in meantime the organic materials and heat recycled in maximum.
