摘　　要：中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司对循环水系统进行旁滤深度处理后再回用于循环水场作为补水,旁滤深度处理装置采用"三法净水"预处理技术与电渗析脱盐设备技术组合工艺,较以往纤维滤罐进行旁滤处理所不同的是,它不仅去除循环水系统中悬浮物、降低浊度,还可降低水的硬度和化学耗氧量,去除水中的胶体、盐和重金属离子等,有效地提高和保证了循环水系统运行的稳定性。The circulating water is treated by a bypass filter,then it applied as supplement water for the circulating system.The pre-treatment technology of ＂three steps water purification＂ and electrodialysis desalination equipment and technology are used in the bypass filter.Compared with old fiber filter,it not only removes the suspended matter and turbidity reduced but also decreases the hardness,colloid,chemical oxygen demand（COD）,salt and heavy metal ion,operation stability of the circulated water system improved.
