摘　　要：近年来,在江西省水利厅的大力督促和推动下,江西省水务管理体制改革工作取得了一定成效,但整体进展较缓慢.通过剖析全省水务改革工作现状,指出改革过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出进一步推进水务改革的几点建议.In recent years,under strongly pushing forward by Jiangxi Provincial Water Resources Department,the certain achievements is obtained while slow-moving in the whole progress for the management system reform of Jiangxi water affaris.Through analyzing the present condition,the existing problems during the process of management system reform is summarized and some suggestion to accelerate the reform is proposed.
