冠心病治疗费用的多因素分析

摘　　要：采用前瞻性调查方法对成都市城区 1998年冠心病病人的年治疗费用进行测算 ,结果表明成都市冠心病病人 1998年人均治疗费用 8136 .2 1元。同时通过对数线型模型和联立方程组对冠心病的门诊和住院费用进行多因素分析 ,为慢性病降低费用和防治提供政策性的建议。We estimate the costs of CHD patients in Chengdu in 1998 with prospective method.The results indicated that the costs of CHD patient in Chengdu in 1998 was 8 136 21 yuan per person.We also analyzed multifactor effects of outpatient cost with Log Linear Model and inpatient cost with Simultaneous Equations Models,meanwhile,we provide the policy suggestion for redu cing the costs of chronic disease and prevention.
