摘　　要：在罗默(Romer)的研发模型中引入制度因素,建立了含制度因素的内生经济增长模型,从理论上分析了制度因素对长期经济增长的影响,进而从实证的角度分析了改革开放这一制度因素与转型期我国经济增长的关系。研究结果表明:制度因素是推动转型期我国经济增长的重要因素,持续的制度创新是创造我国又一个"经济增长奇迹"的关键。The paper presents institution factor into the Romer＇s RD model,builds an endogenous economic growth model,and uses this model to explain how institution factor contributing the long-term growth of economy,then empirically studying the relationship between reform-opening and China＇s economic growth.The results show： the institution factor is a very important factor to economic growth in transformation period of China,sustained institution innovation becomes a key factor to create China＇s another ＂economic growth miracle＂.
