摘　　要：为了使图书馆保持在可持续的、快速稳定的发展状态,网络环境下做好图书馆的采访工作具有现实意义。要做好图书馆的采访工作,需要依据选择理论去搞好相关的文献选择、书商选择、采访员选择与模式选择。基于图书选择理论的文献采购,即用最少的钱买最多、最好、最适合读者的文献,以满足读者在教学、科研等方面的需要。In order to make the library to maintain a sustainable, rapid and stable development state, there is real significance to do acquisition of library better under Network environment. To do acquisition of library better, we should make selection of related literature selection of book vendor, selection of staff and selection of acquisition mode which base on the theory of document selection. Acquisition of literature based on the theory of document selection, it means with the least money to buy the most numerous literature which are the best and the most suitable to meet readers＇ need in teaching, researching and other aspects.
