超声诊断胃肠间质瘤声像图学特点及临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤的超声声像图表现及临床应用价值,以提高对胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）认识和影像学诊断水平.方法 总结我院超声诊断13例胃肠间质瘤的临床和超声声像学资料,分析肿瘤的位置、大小、形态、边缘、回声、彩色多普勒声像学特点.结果 13例患者均经病理学证实,其超声声像学特点主要有瘤体体积较大、分叶状、与周围脏器分界不清,一般无淋巴结转移.结论 彩色多普勒检查对GIST的定位、定性诊断及治疗方案的制定具有重要的作用.Objective T0 evalue the feasibility and diagnosis value about gastrointestinal stromal tumors byuhrasound. Methods Clinical and imaging data of 13 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors were analyzed fetrospectively. localion, size, contour, margin, growth type , color flow were recorded. Results Thirteen cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors were big size,lobular shape, more wessels and arteries. Lymph node enlarge was uncommon. Conclusion The ultrasound play an important ,＇ole in screening gastrointestinal slromal tumors. It is helpful for locaring the tumors and ohservation of the relationship of lhe lumors and surrounding structures, predicting the grad of caring the tumors and observation of the relationship of the tumors and surrounding structures, predicting the grad of GST.
