摘　　要：目的 探讨盆腔器官脱垂（POP）患者阴道壁组织中基质金属蛋白酶-1（MMP-1）及基质金属蛋白酶-9（ MMP-9）和组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-1（TIMP-1）的表达,分析其与POP发生的关系.方法 随机选取25例在我院治疗的有完整随访资料的女性POP患者为POP组,选取同期30例非POP患者为对照组.于术中取患者阴道壁组织,采用免疫组化的方法观察MMP-1及MMP-9和TIMP-1的表达.结果 POP组MMP-1及MMP-9的表达较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；TIMP-1的表达低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 POP患者盆底支持结构的改变与阴道壁组织中的胶原代谢有关,联合检测MMP-1及MMP-9和TIMP-1对POP的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义.Objective To explore the expression and signifieance of MMP-1 , MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in tissue of vaginal wall of patients of pelvic organ prolapse and to deteet relationship between them. Methods Twenty two patients of POP who underwent opration in maternal and child care service centre of Weifang were randomly recruited in this study. As well as 30 patients without POP as control. Took vaginal wall organization of patients in operation, to detect the expression and significance of MMP-1 and MMP-9 and TIMP-1 hy immunohistochemical method. Results Positive rates of MMP-1 and MMP-9 in vaginal wall was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a statistically significant difference;Positive rates of MMP-1 and MMP-9 in vaginal wall was higher than that in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Positive rates of TIMP-1 in vaginal wall was lower than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. There is a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The changes in the structure of support of POP patients are connected with collagen metabolism of vaginal wall organization. United detection MMP-1, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 for the diagnosis and treatment of POP has an important clinical significance.
