摘　　要：目的 观察康复新液佐治疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效.方法 将门诊就诊的疱疹性咽峡炎惠儿共196倒分为两纽：观察组（A组104例）应用康复新液与新博林联合治疗；对照组（B组92例）应用西瓜霜喷剂与新博林联合治疗,两组均辅以退热、补充维生素等对症治疗.结果 A组总有效率98.1％,B组总有效率79.3％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 康复新液佐治疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.Objective To investigate the effect of rehabitation fluid on children with herpangina. Methods One hundred and ninety six ehihh＇en with herpangina from out-patient-clinic were enrolled in this study,including 104 cases in the experimental group（ group A） and 92 cases in the control group（ group B ）. Rehabitation fluid and ribavirin were administered in group A,while mirabilitum praeparatum and ribavirin in group B. The symptomatic treatment,such as controlling fever and supplying vitamin,was used in the two groups. Results Tile total effective rate on 3 to 5 day of the two groups were 98. 1% ,79.3% respeetively. And the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The effect of rehabita/ion fluid on children with herpangina was significant,and it will be worthy of application in clinic.
