中医药高等院校大学生就业面临的挑战及对策的探讨

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的发展,市场经济体制的不断完善,再加上世界金融危机的影响,造成了世界范围内的经济和金融的萧条,这一系列的因素引起了大学生"就业难"的现象。由于我国中医药院校大学生专业的特殊性,尤其对我国中医药高等院校的毕业大学生来说,其就业形势和就业压力更为严峻。本文分析了目前我国中医药高等院校大学生的就业状况,讲解了目前中医药高等院校毕业大学生面临的就业挑战,并在此基础上,提出了相应的对策和看法。With the China＇s social and economic development,the constantly improvement of the market economic system,coupled with the impact of world financial crisis,resulting in worldwide economic and financial depression,this series of factors causes the ＂difficult job＂ phenomenon of students.Because of the special nature of professional medical students,especially for the graduation of China’s students in medical colleges and universities,its employment and employment pressure is more severe.This paper analyzes the current employment status of students in traditional Chinese medicine universities in China,explains the current challenges that graduate students in Chinese medicine universities facing,and on this basis,proposes the corresponding countermeasures and views.
