摘 要:本研究旨在分析饲粮阴阳离子差(dietary cation-anion difference,DCAD)与体液酸碱平衡之间的关联性。以3个DCAD水平对围产期奶牛体液酸碱平衡状态(尿液pH、血液pH及血液HCO 3-)试验数据为基础,应用SAS统计软件分析。结果表明,DCAD与尿液pH、血液pH及血液HCO 3-间存在极显著的相关性(P<0.001);DCAD与尿液pH、血液pH之间存在极显著的回归性(P<0.001),而与血液HCO 3-间的回归性不显著(P>0.05);同时,尿液pH与血液pH及血液HCO 3-,血液pH与血液HCO 3-间存在极显著的相关性(P<0.001)。由此可见,DCAD可影响奶牛体内酸碱平衡状态,尿液pH可用来评价DCAD水平调节围产期奶牛体液酸碱平衡状况的有效指标。The present study was conducted to evaluate the correlation between dietary cation-anion difference(DCAD) and acid-base balance of body fluid.Data were obtained from 3 trials of DCAD on body fluid acid-base balance(urine pH,blood pH and blood HCO-3) with peripartum dairy cows as the experimental animals and were analyzed using SAS software.The results showed as follows: 1) there was a marked relationship among DCAD,urine pH,blood pH and blood HCO-3 concentration(P0.001);2) the DCAD strongly regressed with urine and blood pH,respectively(P0.001),but not with blood HCO-3 concentration(P0.05);3) there was a significant correlation between urine pH,blood pH and HCO-3 concentration(P0.001),and between blood pH and blood HCO-3 concentration(P0.001).These results suggest that urine pH can be used to evaluate the correlation between DCAD level and acid-base balance of body fluid of peripartum dairy cows.
