摘 要:为探讨加拿大蓬化感作用及化感物质的释放途径,采用盆栽法研究加拿大蓬在土壤腐解过程中对两种供试植物(小白菜和番茄)的化感作用。结果表明,随土壤中加拿大蓬植株残体腐解物含量的增加,它对小白菜和番茄幼苗的植株生长、生物量的积累及叶片生长的抑制作用增大,且达到显著水平;腐解物含量增加能显著增大小白菜和番茄的细胞质膜渗透性,但对小白菜和番茄叶绿素的合成抑制作用不显著。可见,植株残体腐解是加拿大蓬产生化感作用的一种重要方式。Conyza canadensis L.was used as the research object to study the releasing mode of the allelopathy and the allelochemicals.The allelopathic effect of C.canadensis decomposing in soil on two tested plants(Rassica rapa L.and Solanum lycopersicum) were studied in artificial climate box planted in pots.The results showed that,with the increasing amount of C.canadensis plant residues,it significantly inhibited the growth of two tested plants,the accumulation of biomass and leaf growth.The cell permeability of Rassica rapa L.and Solanum lycopersicum were significantly increased by the content of decomposing products,but no significant inhibited effect was found in composition of chlorophyll content of Rassica rapa L.and Solanum lycopersicum.We concluded that decomposition was an important way of allelopathy in C.canadensis.
